Investment Banking Summer Analyst

  • Supported a roughly $250 million GP-led continuation fund transaction involving a 33-company portfolio.
  • Contributed to a cross-border incremental term loan financing and repricing of more than $2.6 billion of existing first-lien debt.
  • Worked across financial sponsors and secondaries assignments, coordinating buyer outreach, NDAs, data-room access, and execution timelines.

Private Equity Summer Analyst

  • Evaluated more than 50 companies in the power-generator sector through market, competitive, valuation, and DCF analysis.
  • Presented new-business-development ideas to senior leadership, identifying focused sets of acquisition targets.
